About RAWR the Blog
RAWR the Blog is a research-driven framework that turns complex ideas from health, finance, psychology, and philosophy into clear, practical ways to live with intention. In a world full of information, RAWR focuses on what matters most: translating knowledge into structured, everyday action.
It is built around four core pillars—Wellness, Wealth, Wisdom, and Web—that support body & mind health, financial stability, personal growth, and social connection over time.
RAWR is for women navigating midlife transitions who want a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to building a sustainable, meaningful life. It is for those who value steady growth over dramatic reinvention and want to align their health, finances, purpose, and relationships with intention.
Where to Begin
Start with the pillar that resonates most. Read one article. Apply one idea. Build from there. Small, disciplined improvements compound. Over time, those improvements reshape everything.
- Wellness is the foundation everything else rests on. It focuses on building a strong body, a clear mind, and emotional resilience. This is not about aesthetics, it is about capacity. When your energy and mental clarity improve, everything else becomes more possible.
- Wealth is about creating financial stability through career development, skill-building, intentional spending, and long-term planning. It is not excess. It is security, flexibility, and the ability to make decisions from strength rather than fear.
- Wisdom centers on continuous learning, reflection, and personal growth. It is about developing self-knowledge, sharpening judgment, and aligning your life with what truly matters. Over time, this clarity shapes better decisions and a more intentional life.
- Web refers to your social web, the relationships and communities that support your life. It focuses on cultivating meaningful connections, building trust, and contributing to something beyond yourself. A resilient life is not built alone.
Say Hi!
Hi, I’m Rani. Welcome to my blog RAWR- Research and Writing Repository! My interest in research began in high school, where I was drawn to designing psychology experiments and uncovering what makes us tick. But life had other plans. When my dad was laid off, the college fund I had counted on became our family’s safety net. I was fortunate to earn a scholarship, but the university offered only a B.A. in psychology, steering me more toward counseling than research.
After a few career shifts, I found my way back to the research environment—this time through Research Administration. For over 20 years, I have built a professional path supporting faculty in managing their research grants, applying my expertise in business and financial operations to advance academic research.
RAWR the Blog is my way of returning to the heart of research—not with a lab notebook, but through reading, writing, and reflecting. It is where curiosity meets conversation, and where ideas take shape through exploration and insight.
Feel free to reach out with questions, comments, or just to connect over a shared love of research, writing, or books.
